Create, manage, and apply chat experience styles and branding
You can customize the styles and branding of your chat experiences using a set of palette attributes or custom CSS. If you choose to use custom CSS, it is possible to customize virtually everything about the chat appearance.
Themes can be applied to chat flows for every marketing channel except Facebook and Instagram. The branding for chats on Facebook and Instagram are configured using Facebook and Instagram page administrator settings.
You can also customize the styles and branding of your QR codes using a set of palette attributes.
QR themes can be applied to chat flows to customize the appearance of the QR codes that are generated when publishing.
