OFF HOURS

Define "in" and "out of office" hours and corresponding chat behaviors

Off hours are a way to define chat behavior by day of week and time of day. Currently, one set of off hours can be applied per chat flow.

During off hours, you can specify that a different chat flow be served to end users. A common use case is to replace live chatting with appointment scheduling during business off hours.
