Export data from chat to third party systems, including server-side and client-side (LOCAL)

Track event integrations allow the EyeLevel platform to notify or export data from chat to third party systems within the chat flows or after a chat flow has been completed.

Server side track events are server to server communications while client side track events execute locally within the end user client (either a web browser or native app like Facebook Messenger).
