Create and manage reusable chat flows for common business use cases

Templates are specially designated chat flows that can be used to rapidly create and deploy new chat flows for common scenarios. To create a template, you must first create a chat flow using the FLOW queries. Once you have created a chat flow, you can designate it as a template and assign it to template categories.
