Create, manage, and update chat flows
Chat flows are the logic and design of automated chats. Chat flows are organized in tree structures, starting with a root step that defines the initial experience when a chat is initiated.


A turn consists of a step or series of steps that are executed before a pause or end of the chat flow occurs. Certain types of steps define the end of a turn including:
  • Buttons
  • User Inputs
  • Live Chat
