The Partner API is for partners that wish to have more flexibility and control over the EyeLevel platform. With the Partner API, you can:

  • Create and manage EyeLevel customer accounts within the EyeLevel system. The Partner APIs allow you to programmatically manage accounts so that you can integrate EyeLevel account management into your existing systems.

  • Build and deploy chat flows to any marketing channel including websites, social media, paid digital campaigns, and QR codes.

  • Customize chat branding and control the enduser user chat experience.

  • Setup third party marketing and sales integrations including CRMs such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Zapier, and more.

  • Configure live chat integrations with SMS text, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.

  • Query analytics to understand the performance of EyeLevel chat experiences.
