Query for a summary of key chat analytics
Summary queries return campaign performance metrics per chat flow, customer, or partner account. Summary metrics include:
- Loads
- Chats successfully loaded in end user clients
- This metric only applies to certain marketing channels such as:
- Website, where it represents the number of times the chat bubble loads on the website
- Paid ad campaigns, where it represents ad impressions served
- Opens
- Chats opened by end users where the first turn of the chat flow was successfully loaded
- Engaged Users
- Number of end users who clicked at least one button or typed at least one message
- Engagements
- Number of button clicks and typed messages
- Completions
- Number of end users who reached the end of a chat flow
