Summary queries return campaign performance metrics per chat flow, customer, or partner account. Summary metrics include:
Loads
Chats successfully loaded in end user clients
This metric only applies to certain marketing channels such as:
Website, where it represents the number of times the chat bubble loads on the website
Paid ad campaigns, where it represents ad impressions served
Opens
Chats opened by end users where the first turn of the chat flow was successfully loaded
Engaged Users
Number of end users who clicked at least one button or typed at least one message
Engagements
Number of button clicks and typed messages
Completions
Number of end users who reached the end of a chat flow
