Query for a summary of key chat analytics
Summary queries return campaign performance metrics per chat flow, customer, or partner account. Summary metrics include:
  • Loads
    • Chats successfully loaded in end user clients
    • This metric only applies to certain marketing channels such as:
      • Website, where it represents the number of times the chat bubble loads on the website
      • Paid ad campaigns, where it represents ad impressions served
  • Opens
    • Chats opened by end users where the first turn of the chat flow was successfully loaded
  • Engaged Users
    • Number of end users who clicked at least one button or typed at least one message
  • Engagements
    • Number of button clicks and typed messages
  • Completions
    • Number of end users who reached the end of a chat flow
